Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship to the continental 48 states. Orders will ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS depending on factors including the size of the order.

Most orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from payment receipt. All orders are shipped through a carrier and are subject to carrier charges. Shipping is charged as a flat rate free which considers carrier shipping rates. The flat rate fee is subject to change. All orders over $75.00  not including tax and shipping, will qualify for Free Ground Shipping via UPS.

Any damage to the outer package must be noted and brought to the attention of the carrier when order is received. Save all package material in case a damage claim is to be made. If you would like to file a claim, please email photos and a description of the damage to Royal Bliss Essence. Once submitted, we will advise you as soon as possible (usually within 1 business day) of our course of action.

Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee that our products will perform to your highest satisfaction. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with our products you can return it for a full refund.

Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit. To request a return authorization, feel free to reach us at 954-756-0309
